1. What ParkFable is
ParkFable ("we," "us") is a web-based trip-planning tool for Walt Disney World® vacations, operated at parkfable.com. ParkFable is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or its affiliates.
2. Plans are estimates
Menu prices, attraction details, wait times, and savings calculations are estimates compiled from published sources and third-party data. They change frequently and may be wrong. Always confirm prices, availability, reservations, and park details in Disney's official My Disney Experience app before making decisions. ParkFable is a planning aid, not a booking service, and we are not responsible for costs or losses arising from reliance on its output.
3. Accounts
You sign in with an email address via a one-time link. You're responsible for the security of your email account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping, resale of data, attempts to disrupt the service).
4. Subscriptions and refunds
The Family plan is billed yearly and the Planner Pro plan monthly, through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime via the "Manage subscription" link in your account, and your plan stays active through the end of the paid period. If ParkFable didn't work for you, email hello@parkfable.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it.
5. Your content
Trips you save belong to you. You grant us the limited right to store and process them to operate the service. You can delete saved trips at any time; deleting your account removes your data per our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no bulk scraping of our data, no reselling access, no use that violates applicable law.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
