Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account: your email address, used for sign-in links and service emails.
- Saved trips: the trip details you enter — dates, parks, dining plan, restaurant picks, and the nicknames and adult/child labels you assign to your party. Use nicknames if you prefer; we never ask for children's real names, birthdates, or any other information about them.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers — we store only your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics (cookies) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless) to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, features used, general region. We don't sell this or any other data.
What we don't do
- No selling or renting personal data. Ever.
- No advertising networks or cross-site trackers.
- No collection of children's personal information — accounts are for adults.
Where data lives
Data is stored with Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Stripe (payments), with sign-in emails delivered via Resend. Each processes data under their own privacy terms as our service providers.
Cookies
We set one essential cookie (your sign-in session) and Google Analytics cookies for usage measurement. Blocking analytics cookies doesn't affect the service.
Your choices
- Delete any saved trip in the app.
- Request account deletion (removes your account, sessions, and saved trips) by emailing hello@parkfable.com — processed within 30 days.
- Request a copy of your data at the same address.

Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
